Provider Relations Consultant-FT-Sales and Marketing-INTEGRIS Corporate in OKC(Job Number: 710121)Description Provider Relations Consultant, Full Time, Sales and Marketing, INTEGRIS Corporate in OKCJob Code: 1979 Position Summary:The Provider Relations Consultant is responsible for physician relations efforts and will implement both short and long term plans to ensure physician/provider engagement with overall system strategy, quality and health reform. All applicants will receive consideration regardless of membership in any protected status as defined by applicable state or federal law, including protected veteran or disability status.Essential Functions:The Provider Relations Consultant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Helps develop and implement a provider engagement and recruitment plan as appropriate and serves as owner of the provider relations plan as co authored and co directed by the Chief Medical Officer and physician leaders across the INTEGRIS Medical Group and INTEGRIS Health Partners. * Enhances communication between the INTEGRIS leadership team and providers as appropriate; communicates provider concerns to the executive management and leadership teams.* Establishes multi faceted communication strategy; leveraging technology and bridging communication across the continuum of care.* Responsible for delivering excellent customer service by explaining complex concepts in easy to understand language and be able to answer questions regarding clinical data, quality and system strategies. * Conducts continuous provider and office staff educational meetings to include, but not limited to, clinical, quality, medical staff services, policy and strategy objectives.* Maintains regular contact and develops strong interpersonal relationships with key providers. * Prepares and monitors physician engagement reports and make adjustments to outreach plans as needed in order to meet defined goals. * Provides education to providers on system strategy, quality and health reform initiatives.* Conducts market research and continuing education to stay current on clinical integration strategies and changing reimbursement models.* Helps drive system-wide understanding and adoption of key elements of the Mayo Clinic Care Network tools and programs as part of both clinical and non-clinical projects and will leverage these efforts to support system-wide initiatives and performance improvement.Accountability: Reports to the System Director of Sales and Marketing.
