Accounts Receivable Clerk
Primary responsibility is to provide general accounting duties, process agency accounts receivables, research and correct discrepancies, submit client accounts to collections, provide monthly reports to the Chief Financial Officer, post payments to client accounts within electronic medical record, and ensure established accounting methods are being followed within a timely manner. Associate of Arts Degree in business/finance or related field required. Prior bookkeeping, billing, and collections experience in healthcare billing environment strongly preferred. Work Setting: This position is located in Colville, WA. Colville is located 69 miles North of Spokane in the beautiful mountain setting of Steven’s County. The local area has a large variety of outdoor activities to include 2 ski resorts, boating, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, etc as well as the many social activities such as theatre and the arts located in nearby Spokane. County population is 40,000 in a 2500 sq. mile area.
